This necklace was inspired by works of Marianne Anderson, especially her Ornamental Fragments Series and by my dear friend Perri.
Light pendant and an asymmetrically placed clasp were entirely hand-made of sterling and fine silver, oxidised to black and polished. The pendant was woven using a macrame knot. A large pearl and a tiny garnet rondelle were set in the pendant. The chain consists of rice freshwater pearls and garnet and hematite faceted rondelles that hang on a strong steel cord.
The necklace is light and the contrasting forms and colours make it a perfect jewelry for a modern/ascetic outfit.
The pendant is 5cm long and 4.5cm wide. The whole chain measures 48cm.
You will receive it gift-boxed.
