These necklaces are my destiny. I love collecting materials and then preparing one bead after another.
This one features some of the greatest wirework I've ever done - all silver beads and settings were hand crafted by me!
This is a necklace of many focal beads - one of them is the wire-woven beauty with tiny tourquise beads in the middle. It took over 6 hours to make this single bead! All other silver elements are also hand-crafted by me. Some are soldered - like the toggle clasp finished with a cluster of pearls and gemstones, some are carved from a sheet of sterling silver. The majority of them is wrapped in various gauges of wire, twisted, hammered and coiled. There's also a beautiful, exclusive, sterling and tourquise bead from Thailand.
The gems are: tourquise, labradorite, biotite, grey lava, botswana agate, chalcedony, amazonite, onyx and also some nice ceramic beads.
The piece was oxidised and given a mat finish to resemble a treasure found in an old forsaken chest at the bottom of a deep sea...
The necklace is 18'' long.
